Andrew Bracy

Andrew Bracy is a Managing Director at Woodward Park Partners. Mr. Bracy has nearly 20 years of investment banking experience advising clients on buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions transactions, capital raising mandates, and restructuring initiatives across a diverse range of end markets.

Prior to joining Woodward Park, Mr. Bracy was a Director at Houlihan Lokey focused on the Infrastructure Services and Digital Infrastructure sectors. Mr. Bracy also spent over a decade covering the TMT sector at MVP Capital, CEA Capital Advisors, Oppenheimer & Co., and CIBC World Markets.

Mr. Bracy holds a Bachelor of Arts with honors in Economics from Stanford University and a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School.
