Gene Bitonti is a Managing Director and Founding Partner of Woodward Park Partners. Mr. Bitonti has over 25 years of investment banking experience advising private business owners, financial sponsors and publicly traded companies on merger and acquisition and strategic advisory transactions. He has extensive transaction experience across a variety of sectors, including the diversified industrial, commercial & industrial services, building products & infrastructure and transportation markets.

Prior to founding Woodward Park, Mr. Bitonti was a Managing Director in the mergers and acquisitions practice at TD Cowen and its predecessor firms, Cowen & Company and Quarton International. He also spent time in the investment banking practices of KPMG Corporate Finance, PMCF and Stout.

Mr. Bitonti earned a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Accounting from Michigan State University and a Master of Business Administration from Michigan State University – Eli Broad College of Business.

Greg McGowan is a Managing Director and Founding Partner of Woodward Park Partners. Mr. McGowan has over 23 years of investment banking experience advising clients on company sales, mergers, acquisitions, and divestiture initiatives across a diverse range of end markets.

Prior to founding Woodward Park, Mr. McGowan was a Managing Director in the mergers and acquisitions practice at TD Cowen and was a founding member and Partner at Quarton International, where he led operations and was instrumental in the firm’s growth to over 60 bankers and 10 offices at the time of sale to TD Cowen. Mr. McGowan also served as a senior member at W.Y. Campbell & Company prior to joining Quarton International.

Mr. McGowan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Michigan State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business.

Nick DeCroo is a Director and Founding Member of Woodward Park Partners. Mr. DeCroo has over 12 years of investment banking experience advising clients sell-side and buy-side merger and acquisition transactions across industries.

Prior to joining Woodward Park, Mr. DeCroo was a Director in the mergers and acquisitions practice at TD Cowen and its predecessor firms, Cowen & Company and Quarton International. He also spent time in the corporate and institutional banking practice of PNC Financial Services Group.

Mr. DeCroo earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.

Mr. Augier is a Senior Advisor at Woodward Park Partners.  Mr. Augier has 35 years of investment banking experience. Mr. Augier has advised public and private corporations, private equity firms, hedge funds and pension funds. Mr. Augier has extensive experience in industrial merger and acquisition transactions, cross-border transactions, capital raising transactions, fairness opinions, public to private transactions and balance sheet restructuring.

Mr. Augier has held several leadership roles over his distinguished career. Most recently, Mr. Augier was a Vice Chairman at TD Cowen. Prior to TD Cowen, Mr. Augier was the Co-Founder, Chairman and CEO of Quarton International and a Co-Founder and Managing Director at W.Y. Campbell & Company.

Mr. Augier is fluent in French, a graduate of Michigan State University’s Eli Broad College of Business where he received his B.A. in Finance and of Walsh College where he received his Masters of Science in Finance with Honors.
